Next, they'll take some stupid action to outlaw backyard conversions of restaurant gunk into diesel fuel because they aren't getting their tax cut on it; and then they'll go after the hobbyist hydrogen generator makers because they can get more mileage from a gallon of gas, and aren't paying a tax on that either.
